Dryhome Roofing

Initially when I contacted Jordan he was incredible. Came to the house within an hour of my request for a quote. He was reliable and easy to talk to. He scheduled the new roof a few weeks later when he was available. We were pleased with his time frame, quotation price and work.

Where I was completely disappointed was in the aftercare. I specifically asked Jordan if he and his team run a magnet over the yard subsequent to the roof being complete as we have small children that enjoy playing outside. He assured me they "clean up spotless and even all the eaves will be cleaned". After they left, my husband picked up more than 50 nails over the next 2 days and even a few more in the weeks to come. When I reported this to him the following week, his response was "don't hate me". As a customer I would have been much happier and more understanding if his customer service had have been better, for example, if he had offered to send someone back to do a check for more nails with the proper equipment. So unfortunately, I would not recommend Jordan or Dryhome Roofing in the future.

Got a couple different estimates from roofers in oshawa for my shingled roof and flat roofing garage. It seemed nobody could do them both. They only specialized in one or the other system. Likely I got in touch with Jordan from Dryhome. He had the knowledge references and experience to tie the existing garage into the shingle roof. It turned out amazing and no longer leaks. I’m very happy with the job and will be definitely be referring you. Thanks a lot guys!

This company bailed me out last minute
Had 2 or 3 leaks in my ceiling after that heavy rainfall in January. I was trying to contact everyone in the phone book but no one replied. I eventually got in touch with Jordan. From Dryhome. He came out same day. Tarped the roof and now I will wait till spring to have it replaced. Thanks for the help!! John

I had a great experience with this contractor which is a rarity for me. But Jordan from dryhome took the finest care of my family and I. We couldn’t be happier with the colour of the roof. Jordan and his crew are nothing short of masters of the roofing trade. Jordan provided me a quote during the winter months, dropped of samples of the different shingles he offered. He provided some quick suggestions on color and manufacture that really helped out. He reached out a few weeks ago to set up a date. Team came on time and these guys are all business when it comes to work. They got on-site and within 10 minutes were working hard. The respect your property and any neighbors properties. No garbage or nails left behind. They do real good work. They dont cut corners or skimp on anything. I was very pleased with the work they did. They are coming back in May to do my eaves as well. Appreciate you taking the time Jordan to respond to all my questions in a timely manner.

I live alone with my 85 year old grandma in her oshawa house that she has owned from the 60's. We got severe wind damage this year on a couple of different occasions. We called the roofing company that installed the roof in 2016 but our calls went unanswered even tho the roof was still under warranty. This was very upsetting to my grandma. We had no choice but to call jordan from dryhome roofing. As he did both neighbors roofs in 2017. This was a great decision as Mr foley came out same day to address our roof issues. Due to extent of wind damage he tarped our roof off and told us insurance would cover the cost of the replacement. He was right and he handled all the insurance paperwork. We ended up getting a brand new roof for $1000 deductible. This made me and my aging grandma very happy and appreciative. Thank you so much dryhome. Mary

I am a landlord and I hired DryHome Roofing through my tenant who negotiate the quotation. When I talked with Jordan, the business owner, he was extremely nice and friendly, until the day we meet to review the job.
Upon arrival Jordan was a completely different guy, he was rude and started demanding payment from the second he exited his vehicle. I told Jordan that my wallet was in my vehicle, which was less than 30 ft away and he immediately start screaming and cursing; I asked him the reason for his sudden change
and I explained that I wasn’t trying to trick him nor give him a hard time at all, however he continue cursing and accusing me for being disrespectful just because I didn’t have my wallet on me (again, my car was 30 ft away from us, a 10 seconds walk).
When I finally got tired of all his insults I proposed we finish the transaction so we could both leave, that is when –after the payment was completed – I asked him for my receipt. Again, I am a landlord and need the receipt for taxes. Jordan simply look at me and told to "back off" using profanity and very vulgar language.
I kept my cool and insist on getting my receipt, he repeatedly insulted me and he threatened to bring back his crew and rip all the roof up.
I need to say that his tirade started absolutely out of the blue and unprovoked.
Price was good, the work no so much, however I would never recommend DryHome Roofing to anybody unless you want to get this kind of verbal abuse and terrible service.

I am finally getting a chance to follow up and write a review for dryhome roofing. I had this company replace my roof in September 2018. They were very professional from the get go. Took good care of my property. We're polite to my family and Neighbour and did a fantastic job on the roof. I no longer have leaks and wife loves the colour of shingles. BP everest - twilight grey. The crew at dryhome did a very good for me. I'm a single retiree in whitby who has never replaced a roof before. I was skeptical at first. But jordan helped me along the way. His patience was very appreciated. The guys were polite and professional. Cleaned up the property immaculately. I am very happy. Helen
