Initially when I contacted Jordan he was incredible. Came to the house within an hour of my request for a quote. He was reliable and easy to talk to. He scheduled the new roof a few weeks later when he was available. We were pleased with his time frame, quotation price and work. Where I was completely disappointed was in the aftercare. I specifically asked Jordan if he and his team run a magnet over the yard subsequent to the roof being complete as we have small children that enjoy playing outside. He assured me they "clean up spotless and even all the eaves will be cleaned". After they left, my husband picked up more than 50 nails over the next 2 days and even a few more in the weeks to come. When I reported this to him the following week, his response was "don't hate me". As a customer I would have been much happier and more understanding if his customer service had have been better, for example, if he had offered to send someone back to do a check for more nails with the proper equipment. So unfortunately, I would not recommend Jordan or Dryhome Roofing in the future.
