We were having a leak in the garage from where they drilled a hole for the wires. We called them and they came to fix it but the issue did not get resolved. So I called back twice and left messages. No one returned the call. Then I texted the owner Joe and he did not respond. Then my husband called and he was rude and basically said he already came and fixed it and he will not come again because he is not getting paid to come. Then he back tracked and said he was going to come and he would call us back. He never called back. We were more than happy to work around his schedule but he did not want to come and fix the issue. Told us we could fix it ourselves. I texted him again to tell him that we would no longer need his services. He did then call me back basically to say he really did not care to lose our business or any business we would provide with him in referrals. He said he has so many customers and has been in business since 2006 so he does not need us. The sprinkler that they installed was fine but I would not be confident in them fixing issues that may arise. Use this company at your own risk.

Anita FYI your system has been in for 3 years now by our company. You yourself said the system has been fine in your comments below..
I find it funny how you didn't write a review then but now you found time to do so...
3 years later your house has settled and the caulking of the hole was washed due to the drainage problem at the side of your house....The 1st time we came to your property we showed you why water was coming in the garage as your level needed to be raised, which you then indicated that you had a sprinkler leak when there is No sprinklers on that side of your property.. And we did not charge for that service call. The second time you called you said it happened again.... And again I came.out on a Sunday "FATHERS DAY" and caulked the hole, and again no charge..
When your husband called the 3rd time I had told him when we come back to the Woodbridge area we will stop by as I had been there 2 times on something that does not effect the sprinkler system as indicated to your first call that there was a leak in your pipe.. Now that I told you there would be a service call on your 3rd call you were completely rude on the phone and and said my customer service was poor.. FYI I do work for a living and run 4 trucks and pay 10 employees
I also have bills to pay I can't keep coming there for free when there is nothing wrong with your system...Thank you for your feedback and review..
