Always Green

Joe and crew installed sprinklers and new sod in early spring. Three weeks later, the sod was dying in spots. Joe said hed come in, added fertilizer and reduced watering, but I wasnt home. We have sent photos and left messages, but he wont call back.
Now, I notice that the sprinklers leave some areas unwatered after covering them well earlier.
Im so disappointed because I had believed Joes claims of being in the business so many years and the positive reviews. If I had only scrolled down, I would have seen the reviews warning about what happened to othersJoe just ghosts him problems.
If you have a problem, you wont get service.

I had a disastrous sprinkler system installed by another company. The company would not even come and fix it. I felt so irate and ripped off. I called always green and they showed up very professionally on time and fixed all the issues I had plus tweaked a few other things I hoped for. They even kept their promise after I paid them to come back another day and finish off a minor detail.
Very professional company. Highly recommended will be there Client moving forward.

Always Green Canada is willing to visiting, diagnose and repair the sprinkler which installed by another contractor. A week later I asked them for adjusting the sprinkler, they immediately come and adjusted sprinkler. They have a great team that provides excellent workmanship.
The sod installation was cost of $1600 which was great price as well.
My lawn is greener and healthier after a month.

Always Green provided prompt, professional and excellent service on the review and repair of our non-functioning sprinkler system. Their team was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and took time to explain the required repairs and programs. Although I expected the repairs to be on a separate day, they were completed on the spot.

Received a sprinkler and sod quote from Joe. I was happy with the price and went forward with install and couldnt be more happy. Joe and his crew worked very hard to get everything done. Joe is very knowledgeable and knows what hes doing. Id recommend this company 100%.

Just had Giuseppe and his crew come and install our sprinkler system. Very nice, personable and honest. Did a great job. Was on time for the quote, on time for the job, answered any calls/texts promptly. Did a great job of putting the yard back together, tested the system and showed me how to use the system. Will definitely recommend them moving forward. Do not understand or believe the bad reviews AT ALL. In any service business word of mouth, referrals and recommendations are worth gold. I believe Joe and his company would cherish each client and stand by their work. Definitely 5 stars. Ignore the bad reviews :)

Always Green did an excellent job at winterizing my sprinkler system. They were a life saver and they came over the next available day. I was left stranded by another company whose owner called me twice to confirm himself two appointments, but they never showed up. This put me at risk of not completing the work before the first freeze. Lesson leaned. Always Green came in, and explained what they were doing and removed all the water, until there was no mist left. Work completed very efficiently. Next year, I know who I am calling

I booked again with Always Green to complete my spring opening and some basic maintenance. The crew was excellent - prompt, knowledgeable, customer friendly. I continue to highly recommend this company.
