I highly recommend Always Green Lawn services. Not only was his staff very professional and polite but there work was perfect. My Neigbours loose their minds when my system turns on as it looks like Niagara Falls. I also had the team instal a major system at my cottage in port Perry. Joe was very helpful when designing a huge project like this was. His knowledge and experience really showed as he designed the perfect system that runs of a pump from my lake. Included was a professional drawing that was so detailed my landscapers were very impressed and wished his business was out in Durham because they have never seen any irrigation company this professional and design so perfect. So
as far as the job is concern no matter if its big or small Always green will do an amazing job.

I’ve used Always Green for 2 of my homes. The install has always been very clean and professional. I’ve had zero issues with the system, they always call ahead of time to schedule the open & closing in the spring and fall. Great bunch of guys, a pleasure to deal with. I’ve recommended Always Green to a few friends as well.

Always Green installed our home sprinkler system and from start to finish we were nothing less than impressed. We had our lawn sprinkler system installed 5 years ago. We use Always Green to this day to open and close it. They are so professional and reliable. Highly recommend this company.

Don't bother. Fancy talk with fancy pick ups,... all a show. Always Green installed a new system when we did our renovations. Here are the issues followed up with pictures.

- No direct hook up to the water line as discussed; they attached it to our hose bib. If this is the way irrigation is installed you have no water when they blow the lines in the fall. The plan was to come back and fix it but their team never did. Joe stopped responding to messages

- Low water pressure. They added extra heads to make it cover what our contract stated but we did not need them. When I hired a company to come and clean up the job they took 2 heads out and moved them around to get proper coverage. No issues now.

- Rain sensor was brought from the box and attached to our fence. For anyone who does not know (i didn't) this is not correct. The line is suppose to be run directly to your box so it shuts off the entire system. (picture of me pointing is where it is suppose to be attached. Picture with blue arrows shows how they just ran a 6' line out of the box up the fence). I had to pay another company to run it from the box out to the roof of our house.

- The in ground lines are not sealed. You will notice in the picture they just wrapped the wires with electrical tape . Again, for anyone that does not know there are in ground electrical connectors that seal to make them water tight. Not that expensive but a little more expensive than the regular ones.

- Just ran the piping through the garage wall onto the floor. Paid another company to come out and strap it into the wall properly.

There are many companies out there that are small and do much better jobs.

Always green came and did exactly what I asked for and more they came and installed the sprinklers with no problems. They did it in one day which was awesome. The grass hasn’t looked greener but the best part was that after they put the sprinklers in and had left it looked like they weren’t even there 10/10 would recommend for any sprinkler needs.

I highly recommend Always Green. We recently had a sprinkler system installed at the front and back of our newly renovated home. I am extremely pleased and grateful. Joe was absolutely amazing to deal with and had many wonderful suggestions. The process was quick and clean and everyone that worked at this house was extremely professional and took great care. The price was also very competitive compared to other places. I recommended Always Green to neighbours, family and friends and they are also extremely pleased with the service provided and the end result!

I'm so very disappointed with the communication for appointments and rescheduling with Always Green. We had work done on our backyard, needed to have it repaired a few months later. The office made the appointment, I called to confirm but they had to cancel. I was told they would definitely call me within a week to rectify the situation and do the work.....never heard from them again. I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED.
I had also paid an additional $200 for 5 months of lawn fertilizing, it only happened once.
They team worked very hard but the end result was a disaster. The worst part is being totally ignored when I was promised another call and appointment. Not what I expected from Joe.
