I needed a new roof and got 3 quotes. My friend had had just had Imperial Roof do her roof and she was very pleased with the results. Mike came to do the estimate and he went on the roof ! The other companies did not. Mike took pictures and explained everything in detail to me. The other companies just gave me a quote with no further info. He even put a tarp on the roof to prevent any further damage until they came to do the roof. The team was efficient, professional and friendly. The job was done on time, with no debris left behind. Mike even had a fix for the ugly furnace pipe on my roof. I asked for him to do it personally and he gladly obliged. To feel such confidence in a company is a rarity now. Thank you Mike for your exceptional service and for taking the time to explain everything to me. I would strongly recommend Imperial Roof with flying colours!
