Imperial Roofs

Had my new roof and gutters done last November, 2017. So far so good considering the weather we have had. No lost shingles during the wind storm and no leaks during the ice storm. When I called the first time in October for a quote, what I loved most about this company is that I didn't have to go to voice mail to leave a message, I spoke to someone right away, I think it was Stephan, owner of the company. He told me that he would have someone come by to give me a quote, he told me the name of the person, George. George called me back the very same day and came that day to discuss our concerns and gave us a quote. I was impressed that George took his time with us to answer all our questions and not once did we ever feel rushed. So I had good vibes and decided to go with Imperial Roofs. I had to wait 2-3 weeks, as they had prior commitments to other customers, and they were bang on, they arrived when they said that they would. So, on the day of the job, the workers were all at my house 8:00 a.m. sharp! I tell you, none of them came off the roof until the job was completed. Cleanup was also amazing, as I have two dogs, so was nervous about nails being left behind. Kudos to those workers. They also replaced rotten wood instead of being lazy and shingling over them. After having a bad experience with the roofer before, I was kind of hesitant and nervous to have my roof redone again. But wowie, what an amazing job done on the roof and gutters. Also to note Stephan the owner, came by on a couple of occasions and also helped out. Imperial Roofs was a pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
