Absolutely professional and very clean work performed. Sales rep Mike was very keen on explaining to me the steps involved, also to sharing code requirement for venting and upgraded my system to exceed and allow for proper a functioning system. Install crew foreman Andre was very professional as well showing me the different stages of the install and what extra precautions were taken to give me a good sense of trust and allowing me to feel my monetary investment were in good hands as a long term investment. Upon completion clean-up was amazing, lawn furniture returned , magnetic brooms were used to scour property and proper tarping used to protect from any kind of damage. It is within personal experience with Imperial I highly recommend any and all to give them a call.
