Well, imperial roofing is amazing. Started with fixing an intermittent leak and explaining why it only leaked once in a while. Explained the scope of the project and timeline. Completed the job in a timely fashion. Solved my eavestrough leak even though I was leaf debris and nothing to do with the roof job (refused payment for this). Also showed me pictures of insulation that was very much below code and needed redoing ( the company does not provide this service). I felt well taken care of and that my home and comfort mattered to the owner, Steve and Mike who gave me the quote, worked with his crew and dealt with most of the project.
