CARGO CABBIE — ALWAYS PHENOMENAL (An In-Building Move)
I dont think Im ever going to run out of words and superlatives that correctly describe both my experience and my appreciation for Cargo Cabbie, Owner Javier, Cat, Office manager Krissy; and Stephanie, Kate, Theresa and I know Im missing some more fab people so, forgive me. But I must return here again to leave yet another review because Ive had yet another fantastic experience. First of all, in all the years of having to move, I think sometimes it has been made more complex for reasons that should not be yet are at times impossible to ignore when booking as well as being in the middle of the move itself as a woman. This is simply not nor has ever been the case with Cargo Cabbie. With whom Ive used at least 10 times now over the past 15 years in moves for both myself, my business and the residences of my beloved Papa. youll never find any hidden costs, or last-minute additions, that they never told you about. Their website and online booking and invoicing is seamless. And most important the people themselves from those at the office who create a wonderful experience every time youre engaged with them to the day of the move itself with the movers themselves. Attentive, accommodating, courteous, and going out of their way to ensure safety, and that everything that you have packed has been handled with great care.
For this particular move, I had to move a substantial amount of stuff that has been placed in one storage space in my condo on a different parking level floor to a brand new storage space that was a little bit harder to enter and access (having to navigate between vehicles and avoid damage) and on a different parking level. I wasnt feeling particularly great that day, and I normally tend to drop by and supervise but in this instance, I have to leave everything in their hands and wait upstairs in the lobby. The movers completed the gig, and went above and beyond when they then gave me photos theyd taken of everything that was packed in the new storage space.
The relief I feel in knowing that when I have a move to plan, the least of my worries is in arranging the move, booking it, and getting it actually done. That is because Cargo Cabbie is like your best concierge service, clearing the way to allow you to take care of all the other things that you have to because they've got you when it comes to moving.
