I dont think Im ever going to run out of words and superlatives that correctly describe both my experience and my appreciation for Cargo Cabbie, Owner Javier, Cat, Office manager Krissy; and Stephanie, Kate, Theresa and I know Im missing some more fab people so, forgive me. But I must return here again to leave yet another review because Ive had yet another fantastic experience. First of all, in all the years of having to move, I think sometimes it has been made more complex for reasons that should not be yet are at times impossible to ignore when booking as well as being in the middle of the move itself as a woman. This is simply not nor has ever been the case with Cargo Cabbie. With whom Ive used at least 10 times now over the past 15 years in moves for both myself, my business and the residences of my beloved Papa. youll never find any hidden costs, or last-minute additions, that they never told you about. Their website and online booking and invoicing is seamless. And most important the people themselves from those at the office who create a wonderful experience every time youre engaged with them to the day of the move itself with the movers themselves. Attentive, accommodating, courteous, and going out of their way to ensure safety, and that everything that you have packed has been handled with great care. For this particular move, I had to move a substantial amount of stuff that has been placed in one storage space in my condo on a different parking level floor to a brand new storage space that was a little bit harder to enter and access (having to navigate between vehicles and avoid damage) and on a different parking level. I wasnt feeling particularly great that day, and I normally tend to drop by and supervise but in this instance, I have to leave everything in their hands and wait upstairs in the lobby. The movers completed the gig, and went above and beyond when they then gave me photos theyd taken of everything that was packed in the new storage space. The relief I feel in knowing that when I have a move to plan, the least of my worries is in arranging the move, booking it, and getting it actually done. That is because Cargo Cabbie is like your best concierge service, clearing the way to allow you to take care of all the other things that you have to because they've got you when it comes to moving.

Just wanted to take the time to share with HomeStars readers that from the first time I used New Century Maids to the most recent, I have experienced professional, courteous attention to detail, whether from the fine people at the NCM offices when booking, or via their email follow ups after a cleaning, or their friendly reminders of a new up and coming cleaning, to best of all, the actual cleaning services itself. It is particular handy to not have to shop for and purchase any of the cleaning products as the cleaners bring their own cleaning products and equipment, and the cleaning people are excellent, friendly and professional. It was a no-brainer to recommend their services to take care of my elderly father's condo and he too thoroughly appreciates the great jobs the the NCM cleaning people do. Thanks New Century Maids!!!

Back in 2010, I had to do an in-house move of most of the furniture from my 3rd floor down to my 2nd floor. I could not find a single moving company that would consider taking the job; "we don't do that kind of move" was the chorus of rejections I repeatedly heard. I can't recall how I first discovered Cargo Cabbie, however, it was a small outfit back then, owned and run by an individual who turned out to be an amazing person, Javier. He was straight forward in his quote. Javier and his movers showed up exactly on time. They were professional, efficient and courteous. And most importantly, they expertly wrapped packed and moved all my items as if they owned them themselves. As a woman, there is often the anticipation of having to encounter the usual b.s. one might face when looking to hire someone in the home services sector. Cavalier attitude, dismissal of the clients concerns, hidden costs suddenly popping up at the end of the move. Not this time, not anytime with JAVIER and Cargo Cabbie. This is why, when in 2015 I had to arrange a move on behalf of my father's move from his house to a condo, CARGO CABBIE WERE THE ONLY MOVERS I would ever call, recommend and use. And it is why I immediately called Cargo Cabbie when it came time to move all my studio equipment and office furniture to a new space downtown. What is very important for customers to know, is also the kind of attentive and first class service that you will get when you are communicating with the individuals who work at the Cargo Cabbie office. In my case, I had the great fortune of communicating and working together with Zara, who expertly and graciously handled, booked, and re-booked my move many many times (when I had to cancel and re-book due to my father's ongoing health issues). Another important and attractive aspect of Cargo Cabbie, is the efficiency of the digitized system they have built into their website to make the booking of your move, the updating and addition or subtracting of items to be moved, and the quoting and approval of the move and the ability to access and review your move's details online at anytime so easily and immediately. Confirmations of your move via email, immediately after requesting and preparing for the move, are immediate. Everyone at CARGO CABBIE - from the bookers and reps at the office, to the digitization process for quotes, bookings, approvals and invoicing - to the actual move and the movers themselves, are like no other moving service in Toronto. They are the disrupters of the moving sector. Cargo Cabbie puts all the moving companies here in toronto, to shame. And they will always put the customer's mind at ease and at peace.

Once again, the fine folks from Cargo Cabbie continue to be exemplary, professional, friendly and efficient at getting the job done - right from the the administrative services people beginning with the easy and quick online process of requesting your job and the fast response time via a clearly proposed written quote attached a simple PDF in their quick email response to your request. Then, when the team shows up -- on time -- and will call you on their way to you residence to offer that they are able to arrive early -- the moving team is friendly, professional, handling your items with care while doing things in a prompt and efficient manner. Once the job is complete, the handy office team follows up with a call to, while the moving team heads to their vehicle to await completion of payment completion with someone at the head office. Highly recommended. Again and again and again. Since I first discovered Cargo Cabbie back in 2011, I truly cannot imagine going with any other moving company. It's just not gonna happen. This is a stress-free experience from beginning to end. No "surprise" changes after the business has been discussed and signed off, no b.s., no late arrivals, no creepy dudes in your home, only peace of mind and confidence in knowing that it's another job by Cargo Cabbie well done.

This is now the 3rd time that I have had the pleasure of doing business with Cargo Cabbie and using their services, and again, Javier and his stellar helpful and friendly crew, Alex, Jermaine - as well as the amazingly efficient administrative work by Allisa and Theresa did a super cool job of streamlining the booking process, confirmation process via email, followup and reminder of the booking date and lastly the crew coming through as they always have doing a prompt, swift, careful and professional job! After having so many awful experiences with other moving companies, I simply cannot imagine ever using anyone other than Cargo Cabbie, hands down, you peeps rock. Thanks so much to Javier, Hilary, Theresa, Alyssa & the entire Cargo Cabbie Toronto moving crew. This was a stress-free day resulting in total satisfaction.

My experience from the very beginning, throughout the project and until complete was excellent. Serge, the owner, is a professional, courteous individual who kept me well informed from the get-go, available to answer any and all questions I had about the project and particulars. It was a 2 day job and Serge and his team did a phenomenal job of replacing all of my old eavestroughs and components and installing the new eavestroughs and leaf guards. The post-installation cleanup was amazing and Serge and the guys were absolutely a pleasure to do business with. I will certainly be recommending Serge and All County Aluminum to my neighbours here in Rosedale. You rock Serge!

Attention to detail and care. Experienced. Forthright. Very fair & Honest prices. Professional. Prompt & Courteous. These are some of the key descriptors which come to mind tonight, after my being totally pleased and satisfied with Steve McDonald and McDonald Forestry's services, the first part of a 2-part job which was just completed this morning. From our initial in-person meeting and Steve's very thorough property walkthrough, I knew I'd be hiring Steve, after he took his time to inform & educate me as to the tree varieties on my property, their current health etc.,. Steve listened to & addressed my concerns and told me that later that evening he would email a quote of a Menu of potential jobs/solutions from which I could pick and choose to have McDonald Forestry undertake. The detailed quote (PDF format) together with followup phone calls and emails that further addressed and answered my inquiries, helped me to determine which issues were a priority and how best to proceed -- and -- get the best bang for my buck -- which in my case, turned out to be a suggestion by Steve that we could make it a 2-part job, the 1st which commenced and was completed this week, and the 2nd part to be undertaken in the spring, when the ground is not frozen, and the grinding of tree stumps an the turning of the soil beds where the shrubs were removed in job 1 can be done all at once and therefore at a more reasonably priced job. Steve even went above and beyond his duty - BEFORE I had even hired him - by contacting the Toronto Forestry Dept. to inquire as to the ownership status of a tree at the front of my property, whose limbs had grown above my tall house and over onto my roof. His facilitation came at the cost of saving me money when it was determined that the tree is the property of the City -- something Steve had been forthright about from the get go, and which ultimately meant that Steve would not be doing that particular job and receiving payment for that tree pruning. Amazing. I am not surprised in the least that Steve and McDonald Forestry has a full 10 Rating here at HomeStars, or that so many of his customers have created and continue to create the largest volume of positive and detailed reviews about his service, honesty, fairness, pricing and total professionalism in this category. I am very much looking forward to Steve and Ian returning in the spring for Part 2 of the job. You Rock Steve.
