This is my second time using Air Central, I highly recommend them. Every employee, from the quote to the installation, is wonderful to work with.

Shannen was very friendly and helpful in setting up our appointment, making it hassle-free! On appointment day the guys who came were very professional, laid down mats to get into the basement and cardboard to go over the grass to the outside condensing unit placement. Very efficient in getting the AC unit installed , and thorough in explaining the important aspects needed for it. Very professional and great service, and super friendly towards the pets in the house too! Highly recommend!!

When we called them, we spoke to a lady by the name of Shannon. OMG she was absolutely just wonderful. She came across so friendly, and down to earth. We asked her a lot of questions about the types of AC and various Seers and she never once lost patience. She took her time in explaining what we needed for a new build and the type of unit that will work with the furnace we have.

We found the technicians professional, on time, friendly, efficient and they cleaned up their work area and went over how to set the unit up and how to turn it off at winter time. We highly recommend them.

Installed the unit exactly where we wanted it, even though it was more work for the installers.
