When we called them, we spoke to a lady by the name of Shannon. OMG she was absolutely just wonderful. She came across so friendly, and down to earth. We asked her a lot of questions about the types of AC and various Seers and she never once lost patience. She took her time in explaining what we needed for a new build and the type of unit that will work with the furnace we have. We found the technicians professional, on time, friendly, efficient and they cleaned up their work area and went over how to set the unit up and how to turn it off at winter time. We highly recommend them.
