A No heat repair on my new furnace was to fix the wiring Air Central did on install. According to the repair technician (from a different company) said the thermostat was missing the part that connects the thermostat to the "add a wire". He hard wired the thermostat and that fixed the no heat problem. Expensive lesson learned to learn.

First, if you purchased an air conditioner from us we want to say thanks for your business and you would know we do high quality work at a great price.
On your issue, there is a piece of the puzzle missing. When your AC was installed(as we looked you up and it was March of 2016), all the connections, pieces and parts required to run your system would be in place. Otherwise it wouldn't have worked (and clearly it has worked for a significant amount of time as your install was 2 years ago). Either the service tech was unaware of the way the technology worked and thought there was something missing or someone removed a "part" inadvertently when installing or working on the furnace or thermostat. We have seen customers and even techs installing new WIFI enabled thermostats and the wiring may need to be changed for the new equipment. Not sure what the specifics of this case are as when we called you back that Sunday you had already called someone to come out and didn't need us for the service call (this was with in a very short time period of you calling). In our industry its very easy to put the blame on someone else if they don't understand what they are doing. And as a customer your only hearing their side, so that is why its always good to hear both sides so you understand all the pieces.
