We were in the market for an AC installation quote for our very first and newly built home. Shannen communicated very promptly with us and answered any of our questions. She was very considerate in booking us in ASAP when there was a spot open.
When the guys came this morning to install our AC, Tim, Trevor and Wyatt were very professional, approachable, friendly and such a good crew working together. They explained everything to us and always kept us informed throughout their working process.
They were very tidy, prompt and did our install seamlessly. I was worried with the rain the past few days and the ground quite mushy outside, but they all came prepared.
We are very happy with our new AC install right in time when the weather has finally warmed up outside.
