Had a plugged kitchen sink drain at the house we moved in few months ago, normally I do it myself but this one is a long drain pipe and didn’t have long enough auger to run trough the pipe, so decided to call Mr Swirl. Technician arrived in the agreed time slot and did the job, ran the auger few times down the drain and flush with hot water
and cleared the plug.
The only reason I am not rating more than 6 points is the price, which translates in a $300/ hour, there was no added difficulty factor involved to explain the high cost, but I agreed with the estimate given not knowing how much work or how easy it would be do get it done.
I would have appreciate a discount at the end of the work, instead I got quick visual inspection of the plumbing in the house.
