Suncoast Screen Enclosures

This is the second screened deck we have from Suncoast Enclosures. The first one did need some after install service which was done to fix a roof leak. The second time we used them we had no issues. The job was out of town and we were not around for the install. When we looked at the finished product we were very happy with the workmanship. Overall they have been a good company to work with. It is a nice product as our deck is like extra living space now.

Very disappointing service and product. For months after installation they tried to correct issues but the enclosure still leaks, the windows won't stay closed, and it is misaligned. Paid thousands of dollars for a lemon.

We got wind screens last week. They are working great for the wind. Abhi installed the screens and he was professional and honest. I enjoyed working with him. The screens look great and work good. He is returning in two weeks to fix and finish a few things. Lots of friends and family are asking about them so we will see how things go for the finishing up. So far it has been good.

We are very pleased and highly recommend Suncoast Enclosures based on our recent experience with the successful completion of a 30'x24' sized louvred roof pergola, and the retractable screens surrounding all perimeters.

We truly enjoyed working with Rory. His easy approach demeanor, and always put quality and best results first.
Definitely, without a doubt that we are very happy to have chosen Suncoast Enclosures to add this outdoor extension during the pandemic.

Called Rory to replace some damage screens on my enclosure. Rory was able to fit me in on short notice and sent Kelly to do the job. Kelly did an awesome job not only replacing my broken screens but also cleaned up areas that were improperly done from a previous job. Thanks Rory and Kelly for your fantastic service.

Covered back deck looks great and keeps the snow off as designed. Adding an avalanche guard keeps snow from sliding off onto deck.
A few leaks around facia connection area during springtime snow melt period to be addressed. No issues after snow melt!

Amazing customer service, great quality product, and they left no mess! We love the new sun room and can't wait to spend the summer months entertaining out there! Highly recommend

I had a screen wall added to my existing deck in Aug./18. Since day 2, it has considerable leaks from the roof and under walls. Installers came back on day 2 to caulk but it only remedied a few leaks. A customer service rep did the same after he himself said he “noted many deficiencies” in Oct/18...and more leaks since. He stated that he would think on resolutions for problems and come back in spring 2019. One roof panel then buckled in Jan/19 and I had to pay independent roofers to come and remove snow as warm winter days it leaked big time...and continues to leak full buckets full every rainfall to date. I have sent over 20 emails, calls, photos of damage to Suncoast ...I was assured it would be remedied in the spring. It is now nearly one year and NO ONE has been out in 2019 as promised. I am frustrated with no customer service action, tired of emptying 12 buckets and looking at an ugly shower
curtain on one end to try and impede rain...and sincerely hoping to save the next consumer future headaches!

I have only paid the deposit...withholding the payment balance until all issues are rectified to my complete satisfaction.

We had a 3 season enclosure built and have had problems with rain leaking in and windows that do not fit right from the beginning Have
phoned numerous times and spoke with Daniel and Melody we're told they would come out and repair it. We have not heard or seen anyone even after leaving messages for them to phone us. We have called and spoke to the person who answers the phone at the Edmonton office and were advised someone would call. No one calls. It should be noted that we had no problem giving our Deposit and paying the final Balancing
owing on receipt of the invoice. This is the way they do business, would
not recommend this company to anyone. The work was not done the way they promised.

We have been waiting the entire 2017 season for leaks to be fixed. Only after threatening to go to the media did we get some of the work done. Still waiting to have leaks fixed under the walls to install flooring. Our project started October of 2016. I would not recommend using this company, the service is far from acceptable. The fact we have not paid the balance owing has not created any urgency to complete the job.
