QuickFast Service Company

Dave is an absolute gentleman. He was prompt in answering my phone call and flexible regarding appointment times. He was courteous, on time and took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done in order to meet the proper safety standards as instructed by Enbridge gas. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Best customer service I've seen in a long time. Fast, clean, great attitude and excellent job. These guys have done my furnace along with my parents. No complaints. Very satisfied . Happy I went with these guys and so will you ... Try them out so I can say I told you so...

This is a long-overdue review. The power outage during the awful winter we've just gone through left us without electricity for 3 days. When the power came back on, it appeared that our boiler had frozen. I called our usual heating service who clearly panicked at the thought of doing anything and told us to call a crisis service. I did that and was informed that since the pipes hadn't burst, we didn't have a crisis. They recommended another heating service who told us they would have to replace the boiler for several thousand dollars. Desperate at that point, we agreed but, despite the prospect of a hefty charge, the service dropped off the radar. I finally called Dave who sized up the situation calmly, replaced a pump and turned on the boiler. Since then, the system has worked better than ever. Dave was very responsive, very available, very pleasant and very reasonable. We will certainly use Quickfast again.

The Quick Fast technician who came this morning on time, Dave, was personable, efficient, effective and left the work area clean. We are happy to have him back for future service visits, we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

I have used Quickfast on a number of occasions and they have always done an amazing job on time and at a very reasonable cost with no surprises. I've used QuickFast before in the past and had to use them again today. My furnace went out late last night and by the morning I had one of their technicians at my door step. Thanks to their Service Plans I saved $500 +hst on my repair.. Thanks for the great service guys!!!

Dave is an exceptional technician who always makes an effort to get here as fast as he possibly can and fixes the problem immediately. He attempts to find the most cost effective way to fix the issue without spending top dollars on it. He is friendly and a pleasure to work with. We had issue where our furnace where it wasn't generating heat anymore and gave QF a call. Within the hour, David was at our house as scheduled, wasn't waiting at our house for hours on end as may the case with other contractors. He was able to quickly diagnose, explain, and fix the issue without doing any unnecessary additional work. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional; highly recommended for anyone looking for HVAC services.

We lost power for 5 days during the Christmas holidays. I called Quick fast the very first day and spoke to a very knowledgable person named Dave, he arrived promptly and informed me on what to do to prevent major problems by pointing out what should be shut off and drained etc.. I took his advice and saved hundreds of dollars!
On the other hand I hear that my Neighbours friend tried to fix the problems on his own which resulted in pipes bursting and causing major damage. Thanks so much Dave for being there in a major emergency.
I will now use Dave from Quick fast for ever.
