He sent two amazing employees, Lester and Darien the very next day to deal with my mold issue. I have been very stressed about this issue and the service was exemplary and fit my budget. I cannot recommend Canada's Restoration Services enough.

We recently discovered water coming up through our finished basement flooring while we had a AirBNB guest occupying the space. You can imagine the nightmare that caused. Canada's Restoration Services was very prompt in their assessment and removal of all the water damage present. Plus they found the real cause of the issue, the previous owners, when they renovated the basement placed the flooring over the floor drain that sits in the middle of the basement. SUPER SMART! Anyways, I want to shout out Lester and Darien for the excellent work. Took only a day and they left a very clean area for our contractor to come and renovate the space.

During a kitchen renovation our contractor discovered mold under the kitchen cabinets and in the walls due to a slow leak we weren't aware of. This meant the renovation came to a stop because of the mold. Our contractor told us to find a mold abatement company. We called Canada's Restoration Services who booked an appointment for Alex to come to out home the next day. He did a thorough mold inspection then provided us with a quote. Jose and his team came the next day, they were friendly, professional and communicate with us about the work being done. We were able to continue with the renovation without losing a lot of time. Job was priced right and completed safely and professional! Would definitely recommend Canada's Restoration Services.

Alex booked an appointment with me to come see the water damage in our basement caused by a leaking dishwasher. He showed up on time, looked at the damage carefully and said the good news was that the leak was not so bad that we need full restoration services, just some simple repairs to the drywall and baseboard. He explained how he'd come to this conclusion: he said we had good quality insulation, the baseboard had not come away from the wall, and he had checked the moisture level with a meter device, etc. I trusted his assessment completely. If you, unfortunately, do need a restoration company, I think you'd be in excellent hands with this very, very professional company. Thank you.

Upon discovery of mold in our attic space (our bathroom fans were not correctly vented), we searched on the internet for a remediation company, and discovered Canada's Restoration Services.
I had no prior experience with this type of problem, but the company had many positive reviews online.
My initial quote was from Loretta, and to my surprise, the quote was fairly reasonable compared to the many horror stories on the web about mold infestation, and I was told that it would take between 4-5 hours to complete the work, based on the scope of the work required.
There were stories on the internet of $8000-$10000, and although $2500 is by no means a small amount of money, it was a lot better than $10 grand.
Ruben and Jose showed up at our home on time and were extremely courteous and friendly. They explained what they would have to do, and proceeded to do the work required.
They set up a plastic tent within our hallway and hallway closet to isolate the contaminated area from our house, and had an air scrubber to clean any airborne particles within the workspace.
They also had a carpet runner up our stairwell and front entrance so as not to dirty our living space.
I was very sceptical due to the amount of mold that was in my attic, but after those two gentleman were in my attic for over 3 hours, the transformation was incredible!!
The entire job lasted about 4 1/2 hours and I would recommend this company!

We hired Canada's restoration services for mold remediation in our kitchen. during the quoting process we asked the estimator (Jorge) for a full quote for remediation and putting our kitchen back together. he could only provide a quote for the remediation part of the work at the time, and once they knew what they were working with and the wall was opened up he would quote us on putting it all back together.

His team came and did a good job on the mold removal. Once they were done, we contacted the estimator to quote on us new attic insulation/drywall/paint/kitchen cupboards, and all of our requests for a quote have gone unanswered for the past 2 weeks, and the job is too small to bring someone else in, and now we're left with a draft in our kitchen and no cupboards and nobody to do the work.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness for us trying to hire a company to do the job they promised they would do. Can't believe the lack of professionalism. If the job was too small, or you don't have a crew to do the work, why not tell us? Why avoid our requests multiple times? We're trying to give you money! would NOT recommend these guys.
