What are your reasons for giving Mersey Service Experts the rating that you did?
Your customer service staff could have forgotten about my email request for service before Fall came but did not. They noted my suggested appointment date and sent a tech to follow up-- and set a renewal of my service for 2016 for both furnace and air conditioner. In fact, your service of our air conditioner, now into its 20 years of summer use, is due to that regular service.
