I Called this company on May 3rd- as i had a no heat issue.
They should have been familiar with the product, as it was the same one that they overcharged me for in the middle of the winter in 2018,
Person came by did work ( and not following proper covid safety ) spilling gas while working with out a mask on)
Said it is an Enbridge gas issue- left me a bill ( no invoice number no hst number , as required by law etc. I called enbridge, they replaced the outside meter, however red flagged the furnace as the mersey employee , spilled gas all over by the furnace- posing a great risk to myself, and the household.
I called Mersey- and was promised this would be resolved next day with
an 8 am appointment, another misleading statement, as the person actually showed up approx 1 hour late
the employee cleaned up the mess, and hopefully did not do any further damage to the existing furnace
There guarantees- on the back of there work orders are meaningless
and they do not stand behind the quality, errors and omissions of employees etc
Management team is no better- They dont care to adress problems just pass the buck- I was basically told , you are lucky we didnt charge for the 2nd service call- to clear up errors that our employee , didnt follow procedure and almost destroyed the existing furnace
