When we requested a maintenance service the first two times, the technician that came was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and even yelled at us. However, when the next time a field supervisor John came by, it was a totally different experience. He did a thorough review of the furnace and provided answers to all the questions that we had in a very professional manner. We were pleased with the service and hopefully wouldn’t experience again what happened to us the first two times.
