Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Was told tech would call 30 minutes before arriving - I had a friend take the day off to await the call nearby. Never received a call. Tech left v/m saying no one was home and to reschedule. Called and was told it was my fault for speaking with the after-hours department when scheduling and they don't know enough to know that advance calls can't be given. Was offered another date 3 months away and they refused to give a refund. Very rude service and absolutely would never use this company for anything ever again. Disgusted with the customer service
