Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

We have been customers with Mersey for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their service. The other evening, our furnace stopped working. We called Mersey and had arrange for a technician to arrive within 2 hours. The technician Teo called stating the time he would arrive and actually arrived just a few minutes prior. Teo was excellent and knowledgeable. He did a full assessment of the furnace explaining every step of the process. We were surprised when Teo explained how outdated our Thermostat was and suggested changing it. Teo did the work, put in a new Thermostat, great job at cleaning up and he even poly filled the gap in the wall from our old Thermostat. After re calibrating our new Thermostat our furnace was in perfect working order. Thank you Teo for your impeccable care and expertise!
