Customer service

I bought the whole furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank 8 years ago with a 10 years warranty, unfortunately recently the water tank broke , I called , they sent a technician the next day and his assessment was to change the tank
He sent the invoice to the office, hoping they will get back to me by next day , knowing we have no hot water
Nobody followed up. My husband and I ended up calling them more than 10 times the next three days, they keep saying , they are waiting for approval of the warranty
Booked for another technician, stayed home all day , nobody showed up , every time we called, they keep telling us , they will follow up or the representative had no clue what was going on
After a whole week of no hot water, I had to change my Thanksgiving day gathering plans to rent a hotel room to take showers
As I am writing this review , still dont have hot water, had to call another company to buy a new hot water tank
Have to spend all these money even though we have two more years of warranty on it
Still no one has called to follow upVery very poor service
Their customer service representative, not knowing how to solve problem , just answering the phone
They gave us soooo much stress , just to check the warranty in a timely manner.. cheap company
