Very professional service and knowledgeable staff. We were having troouble getting the humidity over 24% in our home. Eric came to check the existing humidifier and found that it was too small for the size of home and suggested a newer more efficient unit. When his technician came to install the unit, he found that the original unit was also improperly situated on the furnance.
