we had a great relationship starting out with this company - they were friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and had all the tools and experience
then we went into a verbal contract with the company - this did not end well - when we consulted others about this company we found that their service was not always as good as our experience and we were getting the short end of the stick at the moment
coupons can be good and they have lots out there - make sure to get things in writing and consult with local authorities to ensure you don't get dinged for their shoddy work after the contractor left
