First off, from the initial contact with this company, they provided exceptional customer service. Very responsive to questions or emails. In addition to this, the owner is a very nice person to deal with and this also includes his staff.
I researched and chose this company based on BBB ratings/reviews and their reputation is genuine! What a pleasure to deal with them. As well, given that many companies are delaying projects during the Covid environment, Bronson Johnson were right on schedule as originally quoted.
They also took their time to do the project correctly, often asking questions on our preferences to how we would like the project and providing solutions to issues that could arise from house design/layout.
In fact one modification resulted in a reduction in cost from the original quotation. As a former machinist, I value the materials that they used was a superior product than most all other contractors.
Fantastic company and owner, so glad I chose them. Added bonus was they are here in Barrhaven. Wish more companies were like them!
