Land-Con completed our front yard walkway, irrigation and sprinklers and refaced our front porch with natural stone. They also repoured some old sinking concrete steps at the back of our property and faced those with stone. At our first meeting, Jeremy provided great and honest advice that ended up saving us money. From that first meeting with Jeremy to the completion of the job, the entire team at Land-Con were some of the most competent and professional contractors that we’ve ever dealt with. Jeremy visited the site daily and reviewed the work for quality. He worked with our schedule and phased the work to suit our needs. His guys were on the job 7am sharp every single day and were incredibly hardworking and diligent. We’ve very happy with the results and have gotten plenty of complements from neighbors. We will be redoing our backyard area in the near future and will be using Land-Con again without hesitation.

We were interested in stamped concrete and started our research early in the spring. It was very difficult to find contractors to come out and most of them did not even return our calls. For those who did, either they considered our job to be too small or their price was outrageously high. We were lucky when Jeremy from Land Con returned our call and was willing to come out to give us a quote.

Shain came to visit us for the design and consultation. Shain was very patient with us as we worked together on a design based on our vision. He offered excellent suggestions and provided us with a detailed design of the work that would be done.

Once the design was finalized, Jeremy sent his crew to carry out the work that needed to be done. His crew was professional; each day the site was left clean and safe. We kept in touch with Jeremy throughout the process and he kept us informed as to when his crew would be on site next and what task they would be accomplishing. My questions, there were many as this this was the first time were having this type of work done, were responded to promptly and thoroughly by Jeremy.

The end result was amazing! Jeremy and his crew worked above and beyond exceeding our expectations. . We were thoroughly pleased with the work performed by Land Con. We would highly recommend Land Con to anyone who is interested in hardscaping/landscaping.

I recently hired Land Con to do a landscape project for my backyard. It consisted of a 2 tiered composite deck and a stone patio. They also did my front yard last year. I had them come back and do the back because of the great work and organization of the company. The subcontractors worked together seamlessly, while doing exceptional work. Jeremy kept everything well organized with the subs as well as keeping me informed every step of the way with daily site visits. He would take me outside and show me everything that was going on and never made me feel uncomfortable to ask any questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape project in the future as I know I would for sure have them come back if I ever need anything else.

I am very happy with the work done by Land-Con. They are admittedly on the higher end in terms of cost but the one-stop service, responsive project management and quality workmanship left me feeling satisfied with the price in the end, especially with their guarantee. They listened to what I wanted and took care of everything from materials to clean up. I would use them again for sure.

We hired Land Con to undertake a major renovation of our backyard, including a new and expanded stone patio, installing an outdoor kitchen and pergola, all new landscaping, waterproofing and a new driveway. We selected LandCon after meeting them at the Toronto Home Show and researching their past projects and reviews on Home Stars. The whole process and overall experience was as we hoped. The initial planning process with Taylor was informative and interactive, and we were really pleased with Taylor’s 3D modeling of our ideas and input. We had a great work crew with John and his team who worked very hard and deliberately to turn the plan into reality during the hottest and most humid days of the summer. We were fortunate that we were home most days during construction and could deal with the various issues (and there were some as there is in any construction project) in a timely way. There was very good communication throughout with Taylor, John and the crew, and with Jeremy (LandCon’s co-owner) who visited the project on a regular basis and provided many emails and texts on the status of the work. We were even able to take advantage of the time the crew was here to add a small project of laying new sod in our front yard. All told, it took about a month to complete the planning phase and 5-6 weeks from the start of construction to the finish and we are extremely pleased with the work and the transformation of our backyard. Our new house had nothing other than grass in the backyard, and we had a rough idea what we wanted, but had difficulty coming up with a design. The design team at Land-Con developed a 3D model of the plan, and we could make changes to help make it the way we wanted. This was a huge plus since everything could be visualized before the project started.

After many revisions, we ended up deciding on a deck, interlocked patio, walkway, and multiple garden beds. Land-Con took care of all aspects of the project.

Jeremy stayed engaged throughout the whole process, everywhere from getting the permits for our deck, to keeping us up to date on the schedule, and ensuring we were satisfied with the work.

A backyard project made easy with Land Con Ltd. The project began with a visit fro the designer, Taylor, who provided initial throughts and rough budget estimates. I really enjoyed seeing the project come to life with their 3D program, which allows you to imagine what the space will look like. The project was to start in June, but to my great surprise, it started at the end of April. Total time to complete a 475 sq ft backyard hard scape project was about 30 days, including a custom built BBQ, lighting, and landscaping, etc...The project management team of Jeremy and Ofer are first class and great communicators. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Land Con to anyone undertaking a transformation of their outdoor space.

We had been planning a backyard renovation for many years, collected many ideas (covered patio, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, water feature, gardens, etc.), and wondered if these could be put together. We called several highly rated contractors on Home Stars but found only one that we felt could handle the job. Land-Con designer, Taylor, incorporated all our ideas into a beautiful design and proposed more elements to tie everything together. We were so impressed that we extended the project to the front yard and driveway. The crews are professional and courteous and co-owner Jeremy was on top of everything. He visited the site every day, gave frequent updates, and was accommodative to changes.

Couldn’t be happier that we chose LandCon to design and landscape our backyard! Our yard was destroyed after underpinning our basement and despite being a small area with complicated grading, they came up with an amazing design and worked within our budget to make it a reality. They graded and installed retaining walls, fences, a giant built-in pergola, rock features and a small garden bed. There are still a few bits and pieces to do now, as the bulk of the work was done at the end of the fall, but we are so pleased with the project. Highly recommend!

We had a large project consisting of front and backyard landscaping, pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, and a glass enclosed logia (four season room) with heated floors. We chose Land-Con because their pricing was reasonable and fair but mainly because they answered all our questions without being condescending (which I found some other companies were).

The project took longer than expected but was because we couldn't proceed on certain things without getting the permits first (City's delay not Land-Con).

We made a few changes to our original design and had great ideas and input from both Jeremy and Taylor. The whole team was very nice and accommodating and we didn't have any issues with any of them, even though there were a lot of different teams working simultaneously and separately. We had a few surprises when our old deck was removed but everything was resolved fairly easily.

Our front yard and back yard both look beautiful and we're very happy with the entire experience.
