Land Con Ltd

We had a fair size project completed this July-August 2019 revamping the outdated front of the house and backyard landscaping. We tendered the job out and hired Land Con Ltd. for the project dealing with Ofer direct. Their quote was reasonable, a company with solid work record and experience, good response and clear in their bid and negotiations. They did full replacement of the driveway base and pavers & walkways pavers, new trench drain, front porch & stairs replacement, backyard deck renovation, hot tub concrete pad, sod, soft landscaping base prep, etc.

The owner had his crews and subs well organized, he kept communication going, updating us with every step of construction and accommodating my schedule for early site meetings. Kudos guys for the good work and organization, some minor hiccups along the way due to rush to move ahead with schedule which were immediately looked after or some material delays which as a construction guy myself I know they're normal in this type of construction in the busy summer time. Last but not the least, the many "eyes in the sky" checking :) …... the grandma says hello to guys………..they have done an exceptional work, good quality and within the agreed timeframe. The whole team was great and professional starting with Chance, the "speedy" Simeon, Shain for drawings, all guys in general and especially Arthur, your stellar carpenter that amazed everyone with his work.

Our finished project looks beautiful and happy with the overall experience. Keep it up guys!

One last thing most people looking only for cheap prices forget and, Land Con Ltd.
