As a design professional working in the industry for 15 years it was a refreshing pleasure to work with Patricia, she is not only a consumate professional managing very specific design details during selection and production but also kept us up to date on lead times right down to final installation. We recently purchased our Caesarstone countertops from Ikea during their kitchen sale event. The order was processed by Artistic Stone Design. Cheryl was outstanding to deal with from day one. She went above and beyond in every way possible. From getting back to us promptly, to scheduling the template and install appointments, to helping us understand the different options and answering all of our questions - and we had a lot - she was amazing! She genuinely wanted us to be completely satisfied with our new counters and we so are! A perfect overall experience - completely satisfied!!!

Came in contact with Artistic Stone Design through IKEA. Everyone we had contact with was knowledgable, efficient and extremely friendly. Our first contact was with Cheryl and she had appointments organized quickly and kept us up to date with time frames. The guys doing the installation were quick but efficient.

Awesome Experience!
We purchased our Quartz counter tops from IKEA. Artistic Stone Design is the company that installed this product for us! From the start to the finish Artistic Stone Design was incredible!!!!! The first appointment was to confirm the measurements and to template the counters. Adam was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice on changing the shape of our island which turned out perfect. Then the Installers came back 2 weeks later to install the counters. Josh & Storm (Madu) were so professional and did a fantastic job!
Lastly I want to thank Cheryl! From the start of this process she was by far one of the best people we have ever dealt with. All our questions and concerns were answered from scheduling and product information. When Cheryl was not in the other staff was very helpful as well. Thank you for making our kitchen beautiful and for your professional manor:)

We connected with Artistic Stone Design through IKEA. The product was fantastic! We love the countertops and the customer service was even better, including the installation! We had a few issues with our remodelling project (none of which to do with ASD) and this company was more than flexible and helped us out tremendously! I would recommend anytime!!!

We were connected with Artistic Stone Design through Ikea for a granite kitchen countertop. From start to finish they were courteous, professional, and responsive. Cheryl is a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to ensure that we picked a slab we are happy with. ASD was flexible with the delays on our project, although for their part, they were on time and on budget (actually, a little bit under budget). The finished product is great - the seams are practically invisible and the cuts are precise. The templater and installers were punctual, friendly, and efficient. We really could not have asked for more (and after a bad experience with another contractor, were expecting less).

In short, we were thrilled with ASD. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

This company was referred by IKEA for my mom's sink and granite top and I couldn't have picked a better company. I find that services like the one offered by this company is almost extinct! The representative Cheryl is simply the best and the crew members actually take their time out on weekends to accommodate your schedule and to do a brilliant awesome work.
