The people from ASD did one thing in particular that separates them from everyone else - commuicated! They told me at what stage in my project I should contact them. When I did, they setup a time to take measurements and showed up at that time. They explained everything to me about my project that would either cause a problem but they told me how they would solve it. They went so far as to ask me about my cabinet hardware so that they could recommend a complimentary edging for my countertop....I didn't even think about that. The slab I selected was the slab that was delivered on time. It was installed with no issues and the installers were polite and courteous. By the time they left, there was no mess to clean up and they told me how to maintain my new granite countertops.

I have recommended to friends and family who have all had similar experiences....they met all expectations.

I called Artistic Stone Design to supply, fabricate and install my kitchen countertops and backsplash. I spoke with John F. on our initial consultations and went over the materials for the project and the edge profiles at the companies shop in Concord, Ontario. John and I picked out the stone at one of his suppliers . The Statuario Marble and Antique brown granite slabs were really nice. Within two weeks he had sent out his crew to install my perimeter countertop, island countertop and undercounter sink. The next week after he installed my backsplash personally. The countertops and backsplash look absolutely amazing. I just wanted to thank ASD and especially John for his knowledge, patience, expertise, and exceptional service. One more thing, the quality of ASD's fabrication of my countertops and backsplash are of the highest in the industry.
