Replaced our shower. Some issues with leaks after they finished. Did eventually come back to do repairs.

Hi Joe,
I would like to take this opportunity to respond to your review.
Your leak was reported to us October 18 2021, in which we had our plumber return October 21st to investigate the leak. We determined that the plumbing was not the issue. October 29th our trade returned to investigate the issue and started a process of elimination, found the leak and fixed it. We didn't eventually come back, we came back in a timely manner. We don't run from our work or any issues onsite, we are always a phone call away to assist.
