I would recommend David without hesitation. He is polite, friendly, and follows Covid protocols. He arrived on time with all the equipment he needed. He cleaned a dark grey sofa and chair. A few hours later, after some drying time, it looked like a stain remained. I contacted David to inquire about it and he came back again that same day, no questions asked. Though it was not noticeable the first time, he explained that the stain had likely been pulled up through the fabric. He thoroughly retreated the area at no extra charge and the stain came out.
