Such a long story, where to begin...I have a 25 year old gas fireplace, that died 10 years ago. It has been without a glass front and has basically rusted over all these years. We had several professionals in, who all said the entire fireplace needed to be replaced, from the mantel, to the insert, to the surround and hearth. This seemed to us to be quite an undertaking and weren't convinced it couldn't be saved. I contacted Imran and gave him the model number of the insert. He said 'Let me look into it and I'll get back you." In no time, Imran tracked down a replacement glass from from the USA, on a discontinued model, and this was all during the pandemic, when most businesses were closed. He arrived today with all his tools and supplies and went to work. He not only replaced the glass front, he brought my fireplace back to life by replacing and repairing every bit that needed to be fixed. My fireplace has been restored to its original beauty and works like a charm. This man is truly a master of the trade. I am thoroughly convinced that no one could have done what he was able to do with my aged fireplace. Thank you Imran, I've waited over 10 years for you and the wait was well worth it!
