Imran was a pleasure to work with. I called on a snowy Sunday night and the phone was answered immediately. After describing my situation, Imran was able to reassure me that the job could wait overnight and indeed, he followed up on his word to call the next day with a time. He came the following morning at the time he said. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem and went above and beyond in his repair. The fireplace now works perfectly and not only that, he modernized an old fireplace so it looks contemporary and brand new. It was clear he took great pride in his work and especially in satisfying his customer. He followed up at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with his work.
