Our gas fireplace had been out of commission for a while. I called Imran to explain the situation and he told me he would be able to come check it out on a Saturday morning, which was perfect since it's difficult for me to get time off during the week. To make a long story short, the fireplace was a mess. Imran was basically able to assess the situation, clean the fireplace, rebuild it and get it running like new within 2 hours. It looks great and we were able to enjoy out fireplace during Thanksgiving dinner. He was honest, professional, and charged me less than his original quote. Thanks Imran.
