Gas Fireplace diagnostic and tune up
My Napoleon fireplace wasn't working properly. I called a local fireplace dealer...they said they were overbooked and couldn't see me for 4 weeks. Then I found Imran. You know when you deal with someone professionally and you know you'll be dealing with them for the rest of your life? Well it was my LUCKY DAY. He was nice and efficient on the phone and although he seems like a busy and experience professional, he showed up at my house within an hour. He tested and diagnosed the problems and rather than charge for parts, he suggested a thorough tune up first. His tune up is more like a luxury detailing. It looks as if I bought a NEW FIREPLACE!!! And of course now it work perfectly. He even took the switch apart, cleaned it, and re-wired it more efficiently. He is a true 10/10. No fancy website, no employees, no problems. I look forward to seeing him next year for my new annual fireplace tuneup (detailing). Do not hesitate to call Imran.
