Imran arrived as scheduled, despite bad weather and road conditions. After some quick diagnostic work, he explained what the problem was and what he was doing at various stages during the repair. Imran brought all required tools and parts with him; no need for a return or follow-up service call. He also offered very good tips about how to improve the air circulation around the fireplace to achieve better heating throughout our home. Overall, Imran provided great service in a friendly, professional manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
