Ron Nickason Plumbing & Heating

Nickason Plumbing and Heating installed the water system and Heating system in our new home. The products they supplied and the installation work are excellent, however, their after sales service has been less than poor. I have a small problem with the shower in the washroom. I have left four messages on their answering machine during normal business hours and have yet to receive a return call. I experienced this same thing on a previous call seeking information about our new furnace.

From plumbing repairs to furnace inspection/maintenance, these guys are prompt, efficient and don't overcharge! I cannot say enough about how focused they are on customer satisfaction! I have just enough time to hang up the phone and they're at the door!! Technicians take the time to listen to the concern and ask probing questions. They are efficient at examining and explaining the cause, and offer immediate solutions!! Love you guys at Ron Nickason's!!!!!
