Tree roots clogg our drainage, requiring the pipes to be snaked. I called Plumbers Direct and Tenzen was there in an hour, with the problem being fixed an hour after that. Reliable, professional, and competent.

I contacted Plumbers Direct when a drain got so so clogged that my entire home had a horrific smell! The owner of the company "Peter" got back to me within minutes of my call and Tenzin and Janaid were dispatched to my house and within 2 hours and the mission was accomplished. Not only did they do a great job, they were tidy, very polite, professional and kept me in the loop throughout the job. I would recommend Plumbers Direct to anyone and will definitely use the service again.

I contacted PLUMBERS DIRECT in February 2021 to have Faucets replaced, bathtub caulked, and washing machine hoses replaced. Thankfully they suggested I have my rubber washing machine hoses replaced as they are the number one cause for flooding and can cause major damage to your home. Rubber hoses should be replaced every 5 years; better yet replace them with stainless steel braided hoses!! Thank you again for excellent service, I can always count on and rely on Plumbers Direct!

Plumbers Direct has fixed many issues ( some big- some small) in my older home over the years. In every case, Peter responded quickly, provided an honest estimate of the work to be done, and the completed work itself was of the highest quality. Re cently, I hired Peter and his team ( Tenzin, Junaid) to repair and replace some long overdue plumbing problems- from swapping out lead piping for copper- to replacing the laundry tub/plumbing-
Once again, the work was exceptional , the price fair
and the customer service top notch. In fact, Peter went the extra mile and sourced out some hardware
that would enable a new shower system to fit
properly in my 60 year old bathroom. While nobody
likes to have plumbing issues , if a problem arises
at least you know you are in good hands.

We used Plumbers Direct for scoping our weepers on two occasions. Tenzin really takes the extra time and effort to get his camera around tight corners to give us the best insight. So when we realized that we'd need another sump pump, we trusted Peter and his team. Tenzin has a lot of experience and we found him very easy to work with. While Tenzin was doing the sump install, he noticed that our old backflow preventer was outdated. We had him replace that as well and Peter drove over with the unit so the work could continue. Junaid was there to assist and smiled throughout despite having to haul out a large amount of broken concrete. They did a very professional job and left the area spotless.

Peter and his team are life savers! After a plumbing issue forced us to turn off the water to the entire house, Peter was quick to respond to the service request and was able send some colleagues out same day. It's hard to find an ethical plumber who will be straight up with you. Peter, the owner of Plumbers Direct Inc. came through when the City sewer backed up into the basement. Peter instills trust. He and his crew installed a back water valve and new drain clean out as well as new pipes to connect an exterior drain to an interior drain. They were pleasant, professional, clean and more importantly, very communicative, on time and stuck to their quote even when a few extras popped up. What a pleasant experience in such unpleasant circumstances. I've found my plumber for life!

This company came to my house to fix several plumbing. Very pleasant to deal with. They did a really good job . I would recommend this company again.

I was trying to figure out what was going on with the pipes leaving my basement (separate apartment) and my house. We had a washing machine clog, twice in five months, and I needed some answers.

I called a free sewer specialist from this site that came highly recommended. They snaked the pipes with a camera and said that the pipe leading from my outside cleanout to the city was the problem. Then gave me a $7K quote to put in new ones.

I called Peter for a 2nd opinion. He was skeptical about the diagnosis. He sent me Tenzin and his assistant. They categorically proved through snaking with a camera and testing with water and flushing toilets how faulty and wrong the advice was from the first company. The pipes were fine. It was something that got into the 1 1/2 inch pipe leading from the washing machine.

If not for Tenzin and Peter's expertise, them doing the work, and me being willing to pay some money for real advice, I would be out $7-8K. Don't go with the free guys. I'm really grateful to this company.
