I had an emergency situation when a pipe burst in my house late Boxing Day. I called Plumbers Direct and Peter was quick to respond and went out of his way to fit me in. He showed up when he said he would, gave me a fair quote when he could have easily gouged me because of the season and the ice storm Toronto was recovering from but he didn't. He did a great job and had my water up and running in no time. I was very impressed by Peter's professionalism and prompt service. Plumbers Direct is now my go-to company for my plumbing needs.
