Terrible service with nothing but excuses.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I personally had me waiting almost a year for an installation. Impossible to get updates or responses. Showed a couple times with the wrong window. Had to call endlessly an email endlessly to get any sort of response from customer service about rectifying the situation. Nothing but excuses and combative responses. The window that showed up eventually was still not the correct window that I ordered but I got tired I'm waiting and lost faith that I would ever get a window. Kristen & Amanda were miserable to deal with thru the whole process. I strongly advise staying away from this company, do your research about them before you order.

Had to call endlessly an email endlessly to get any sort of response from customer service. Nothing but excuses and combative responses. The window that showed up eventually was still not the correct window that I ordered but I got tired I'm waiting and Las Vegas that I would ever get a window. they need to spend more time actually returning customers calls and dealing with customers issues and less time on social media doing damage control. Amanda at the office was incredibly difficult to deal with. I strongly advise staying away from this company, do your research before you order.
