Not privately owned anymore, and boy can you tell. No customer service!! Four windows measured wrong but told that's not a big deal and they will not replace with proper size. They where 1/2 inch shorter and beside windows they had replaced at an earlier time that where the right size. Not my fault that I have good eye sight and I can tell the difference. They didn't care! Sales manager would do nothing about it . The only reason they got one star is because the installers where great. They had to lift windows and put the trim farther up to make them look close to the same as other windows but the glass is still smaller and I can notice it. I'm sure he wouldn't have allowed this to happen if it was his house. So the moral of this is they can screw up the measurements and to bad for customers because they won't fix them but try to hide there mistake by getting the installers to fudge windows.
Buyers beware they are not privately owned anymore and are all about their money only.
I used to tell everyone to go here for windows and I still have three windows, patio doors and a front door to do , I was a repeat customer but never again and will tell people not to go there ever.
It's very sad when a company gets sold to big companies and now its money not customer service or satisfaction that counts. So,I'm left with four windows that are shorter then the ones beside them and had to pay for that mistake because it's ok as far as they are concerned, not their problem.
