He came to my home and took the time to explain their business and services as well as the installation process from beginning to end so that I would know exactly what to expect. I was very impressed with his knowledge, communication and professionalism. I chose Northern Comfort to do my windows because of this initial experience. I was further impressed by the crew Rob, John and Andy who installed my windows. They were very experienced, courteous and it was a joy to have them in my home. Our windows look fabulous due to their hard work and unwavering focus while they performed their duties.
