I have been working on my house for years now and been dealing with many many guys over the years. Charles is one of the best guys I have seen in the market. mold in the basement ceiling is all good now. I highly recommend Charles and his team if you are having mold problems. He just made my day.

Charles is one of the most professional and conscientious contractors we have ever met. He was honest with his estimate and the final product was outstanding. We had a mold problem in our basement cold storage room. Charles came when promised to assess the situation. Charles came over personally, did an inspection and explained clearly what needed to be done to remove it and prevent recurrence.

He was happy to explain each step in the process and why it was needed. The remediation and sealant application were completed quickly and the worksite was thoroughly cleaned. After water got into our basement, we became very concerned that we'd developed a mold problem. MoldTech had been recommended to us, so we called them in to inspect the problem. The owner of the company, Charles, came himself and gave the basement a thorough inspection. Finding no problems, he gave us the assurances we needed that there was nothing that might endanger our family -- and he didn't for a second try to prey on our anxiety by selling us something we didn't need. I was ecstatic that we didn't have a problem but, if we did, my first call would be to MoldTech.

The guy who came to my house was the most professional of all who came to my place for an estimate, and by far the most pleasant to deal with.

I didn't feel as though he was trying to pull a fast one on me (which I felt with all of the other vendors), so although he wasn't the cheapest choice, I felt most comfortable moving forward with his firm. The best thing, however, was the fact that his guys finished up a bit sooner than anticipated - and he reduced the cost accordingly - what an unexpected surprise!

A real prince, and a great guy. I recommend this company to anyone who asks me about it.
