When we discovered mold in our closets we were beside ourselves with fear. Charles made himself available at his first opportunity. He was professional, experienced and did a great job educating us on why the issue happened and what to do to fix and prevent. His price was more than reasonable and he didn’t try to push is into a solution that wasn’t needed. I would refer him to anyone who may have any mold issues resolved. A+++
