Alan literally saved us a lot of hassle and cost!!! we had purchased a property without an inspection since the house we were buying was fairly new (BIG MISTAKE!!!). However, during out last visit to the house we noticed a puddle of water on the basement floor and were suspecting a leak. We needed someone to come and look at the property ASAP since we were less than 2 weeks away from closing. Alan replied to our request right away, made himself available to come to the property later that week, and was punctual and very professional. He identified the source of the leak and was able to provide cost estimates on the spot. He also was ready to provide recommendations for companies to complete the job if needed. The issue was resolved before we took possession of the property and we couldnt be more thankful. Alan's fast and thorough inspection saved us a lot of hassle and cost. He was also incredibly reassuring through it all explaining everything to the smallest detail and answering the millions of questions we had. I am truly grateful to him!
