I googled and found AllMax. Visited the website which I have found very informative and impressive. Then contacted to get an independent inspection report for me as a first time home buyer. Alan came. He walked me through Foundation, Roof, Exterior, Interior, Electrical, Water, Plumbing system etc. At the same time he did show me his observation of current condition of each of them and related advice for maintenance. The report in PDF format arrived in my inbox just on time. Now I think I am making an educated decision. Thank you, Alan
