Alan was very professional and insightful. He explained to me all of the issues that needed to be resolved and why. Also, he explained to me how some of the equipment and switches in my home worked. He sent me my Tarion Report very quickly in order that I may submit it within 30 days. Strongly recommend his services if you property needs to be thoroughly and properly inspected.
